After living in various states and countries, Dr. Miller is happy to return home to his native Maryland where his family has lived for over 5 generations. Dr. Miller began his eye care journey in 2007, when he became an apprentice to Dr. Harry Wachs, an expert and pioneer in vision development theories and treatments.
